With my background in exercise science and personal training, I will do the hard work for you by making you a custom workout routine, personalized meal plan, and hold you accountable to make sure you stay consistent with your workouts and meal plan.
I will give you the blueprint and push you to follow it accordingly, you just have to follow the plan I provide.
Here is the blueprint of the transformation program...
1. Diet Plan. You will receive a personalized diet plan that is made to propel you into the body that you want. It is also fully customizable so you are able to include foods that you like and change it up every week.
2. Training plan. You will receive a training plan that will be structured around what your goals are. The workouts will be on a customized app where you can watch instructional videos, track your progress, and be held accountable.
3. Accountability. You will be held accountable every week by receiving a weekly check in form and receive a video response the next day explaining what you are doing well and also some things you need to improve on.
